COVID-19 CURBSIDE APPOINTMENT PROTOCOL

 

UPDATE REGARDING COVID 19 (CORONAVIRUS) OPERATIONAL PROCEDURES 8/1/2020:

To comply with directives from the Tennessee Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners and the Centers for Disease Control, and to provide our clients with safe and efficient service, we will be continuing curbside for the foreseeable future.  Our front door will remain locked to enforce our restricted clinic access policy.  When you arrive at our facility, please call our main number at (615) 819-2634 for further direction.  All cats must be in carriers, and all dogs must be leashed or in carriers.  No exceptions.

Our hours of operation will remain from 7:30am to 4pm Monday through Friday.  We will be open Saturday from 8am to 12pm.  We are closed on Sundays.

To help stop the spread of the Coronavirus and to keep our staff and community safe, we will continue to reduce face-to-face interaction by asking all clients to remain in their cars and not enter the building. We also ask that if you are feeling ill, or have been exposed to someone with the Coronavirus, please call to reschedule your appointment and we will be happy to do that for you.

If you need medications, please call us 24 hours in advance to allow us time to get these items ready for you and to take payment over the phone.  When you arrive to pick up your items, please call us from your car and we will bring these items to you.
